India is our country of domicile. One In Melon Pvt Ltd. is a company incorporated, registered, and licensed in the India. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of the India.
Ordering Method
One In Melon Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order at any time, where:
- Discount is associated and the products are not deemed for personal use
- It is believed that the supply of products is being used to copy or counterfeit
- It is believed the products are being on-sold or exported into restricted territories
- Any other action that we believe brings the One In Melon Pvt Ltd. into disrepute
We will make all endeavors possible to contact you, using the information provided, prior to cancelling your order. For discounted products we may offer you the opportunity to still receive the product at full price and arrange with you to repay the discount before dispatch.
Should we be unable to contact you within 24hrs, or you choose not to accept any revised terms, all monies paid will be refunded to your original source of payment.
Excessive Weight Shipping
All free or fixed price shipping is based on an average parcel weight of 2-3kgs. If your order exceeds this weight, we reserve the right to contact you with additional delivery costs, and to make the necessary arrangements for payment of the additional costs. Should we be unable to contact you within 48hrs of receipt of your order (and notification of the additional delivery costs), or you choose not to accept the additional costs, all monies paid will be refunded to your original source of payment.

One In Melon is sure you will love your new active wear. However, we understand that from time to time things don’t always go as planned and that you may wish to return or exchange a product for an alternative size. We want you to love and enjoy your One In Melon purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please let us know.
Returns and Exchange Notice Period
Product exchanges and returns may be made within 7 days from your original purchase date. Please note that all returned items must be in a good condition and not used, along with all original tags and packaging.
Return / Exchange within the India
Below are the steps to follow to request for a return within the India:

We will then arrange a Courier pick up via our account.
Please accept the Courier pick up request and organize the pick-up ASAP, remembering that your product must arrive back to us within 7 days from your original purchase date.
Once we receive the returned product, and it is deemed to have met our “7 days return” and “in original condition” policies – we will process the credit or exchange within 72 hours
