Ordering Method

One In Melon Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order at any time, where:

1. Discount is associated and the products are not deemed for personal use
2. It is believed that the supply of products is being used to copy or counterfeit
3. It is believed the products are being on-sold or exported into restricted territories
4. Any other action that we believe brings the One In Melon Pvt Ltd. into disrepute

We will make all endeavors possible to contact you, using the information provided, prior to cancelling your order.  For discounted products we may offer you the opportunity to still receive the product at full price and arrange with you to repay the discount before dispatch.

Should we be unable to contact you within 24hrs, or you choose not to accept any revised terms, all monies paid will be refunded to your original source of payment.

Excessive Weight Shipping

All free or fixed price shipping is based on an average parcel weight of 2-3kgs.  If your order exceeds this weight, we reserve the right to contact you with additional delivery costs, and to make the necessary arrangements for payment of the additional costs.  Should we be unable to contact you within 48hrs of receipt of your order (and notification of the additional delivery costs), or you choose not to accept the additional costs, all monies paid will be refunded to your original source of payment.
